Q: What is your standard packaging for shipment?

A: We use anti-static, moisture-barrier bags for PCBs and PCBAs, with proper desiccant and humidity indicator cards for moisture-sensitive items. Boards are separated with foam or card inserts and packed in sturdy boxes. We can tailor packaging to your specific requirements, including ESD-safe trays or custom kits.

Q: How do you manage component sourcing for turnkey PCBA projects?

A: As a full turnkey provider,we handle the entire supply chain. We source components from our network of franchised and reputable distributors. You can provide parts(consigned), or we can procure everything for you. We manage BOM validation, long-lead item identification, and inventory to de-risk your production.

Q: What is your typical lead time for PCB fabrication and PCBA?

A: Lead times vary based on complexity and order volume.

Standard PCB:5-10 business days.

Standard PCBA(Turnkey): 10-15 business days.

Expedited services are available for both PCB and PCBA. We will always provide a clear timeline with your quotation.
