Partial Turnkey Assembly is a collaborative manufacturing model designed for efficiency. You, the customer, procure and supply the critical, proprietary, or long-lead-time components (e.g., custom ASICs, programmed microcontrollers, specialized sensors). SENTAK then takes responsibility for sourcing all remaining standard components (passives, connectors, ICs) and executing the complete PCB assembly, testing, and logistics.

This model splits the supply chain strategically: you control the intellectual property and core technology, while we leverage our scale and expertise to manage the complex, high-volume commodity supply and manufacturing execution.

Partial Turnkey is the optimal choice when you need more control than Full Turnkey but less overhead than full Consignment.

Integrated Inventory Management: Your parts are securely logged into our MRP system and kitted with our components for production.

Phase 3:Manufacturing&Delivery
